Mr. Sackitey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central University and is an Associate Member of the Association for Certified Human Resource Practitioners Ghana (ACHRs). He has also completed an Executive Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Labour Law and Application from the HR Certification Centre, Accra.

As Head of Human Resources and Administration at Liberté Pay Limited, Mr. Sackitey manages human resource policy formulation, recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee development, performance management, organizational culture, and the organizational climate.
