Before his current role, Prosper worked as a private legal practitioner, providing legal services to clients in various sectors. His areas of expertise included governance, international business transactions, financial products, cyber security, anti-money laundering, and financial operations.

He worked as Manager for Compliance and Fraud Prevention at MobileMoney Limited, a subsidiary of MTN Ghana, where he developed and implemented effective compliance and risk management strategies.

Before joining MobileMoney Limited, Prosper served as Head of Audit at Energy Commercial Bank Ghana Limited. In this role, he led audit teams to conduct risk-based audits, identified control weaknesses, and recommended improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Prosper also worked with the Bank of Africa – Ghana, where he provided risk advisory services, compliance, and business process improvement work.

In addition to his industry experience, Prosper also worked with PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Ghana, providing external audit, corporate governance, and risk management services to clients across various sectors.

Prosper holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He is a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Additionally, he is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor, demonstrating his expertise in law, financial services, governance, information systems, accounting, and audit.
